What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
Oversee project invoicing and cash flow management, ensuring financial accountability

Conduct data analysis and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Prepare work plans and organize project studies, performing complex assignments with unique solutions

Supervise junior and mid-level staff, providing feedback for continued improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
Valid U.S. Driver's License
U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in environmental remediation
Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
10+ years of experience managing environmental remediation projects
Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field
Experience with regulatory and stakeholder negotiations
Interest in business development and a proven track record in proposal preparation and project delivery
