What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
  • Oversee project invoicing and cash flow management, ensuring financial accountability
  • Conduct data analysis and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepare work plans and organize project studies, performing complex assignments with unique solutions
  • Supervise junior and mid-level staff, providing feedback for continued improvement
  • What is Required (Qualifications):
    • BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
    • Valid U.S. Driver's License
    • U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
    • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in environmental remediation
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
    • 10+ years of experience managing environmental remediation projects
    • Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field
    • Experience with regulatory and stakeholder negotiations
    • Interest in business development and a proven track record in proposal preparation and project delivery
