Position: Customer Success Engineer (Remote or Hybrid)

Customer Success Engineer (Remote or Hybrid) Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer passionate about improving healthcare to help solve technical problems, provide advice to customers, and contribute product insights to our R&D team. This position offers a base salary of $80,000-$85,000 per year, stock options, and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and caregiver time.

Responsibilities
  • Pilot customers through the onboarding journey: map integrations, train clinicians, and customize diagnostic reports.
  • Respond to issue emails or texts from sleep techs or physicians, delivering rapid, compassionate updates.
  • Investigate, identify, and document root causes; plan technical solutions; own resolution and customer communication.
  • Meet with clinician end‑users of Enso Sleep to review feedback and apply configuration changes.
  • Advise sleep lab staff on best‑practice workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • 1‑5 years of experience in a technical customer support role (customer support engineer, solutions engineer, clinical engineering, or clinician providing technical support).
  • 3+ years in a healthcare or adjacent role.
  • Experience writing and reading software in one or more programming languages, such as:
    • Bachelor's degree with programming coursework.
    • Graduation from a development bootcamp.
    • Professional experience writing software on‑the‑job.
  • Ability to ask technical questions of non‑technical end‑users, translate feedback into required changes, and communicate timelines.
  • Project management interest or experience preferred; PMP is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the calendar year.
