What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee Federal environmental remediation projects and manage professional and technical staff
  • Utilize advanced scientific principles to develop technical solutions to complex problems
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through data analysis and reporting
  • Manage project invoicing, cash flow, and budget tracking
  • Supervise junior and mid‑level staff, providing feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in managing environmental remediation projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Professional License (PE, PG)
  • 10+ years' experience in environmental remediation project management
  • Master's degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related degree
  • Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations and Federal clients
  • Interest in business development and experience preparing proposals and cost estimates
