- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through data analysis and reporting
- Manage project invoicing, cash flow, and budget tracking
- Supervise junior and mid‑level staff, providing feedback for continuous improvement
- BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in managing environmental remediation projects
- Professional License (PE, PG)
- 10+ years' experience in environmental remediation project management
- Master's degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related degree
- Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations and Federal clients
- Interest in business development and experience preparing proposals and cost estimates
