Join our dynamic Post Sales Technical Support team as an Application Engineer. You will work closely with project and program managers to ensure quality products are delivered on time and within budget. You will review customer requirements and project specifications to select the most suitable technology and use proprietary tools to design vessel guidelines.

• Work closely with project and program managers to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
• Review customer requirements, project specifications, and application details to select the best technology.
• Use proprietary sizing tools to determine product information and create vessel design guidelines and data sheets.
• Specify instrumentation as needed per customer requirements.
• Develop project P&IDs.
• Obtain quotes from approved vendors and fabricators to build cost packages.
• Lead discovery meetings and prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with regional sales managers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a filtration OEM.
• Knowledge of oil and gas processing and refining.
• Experience with pressure vessels, valves, distillation, ANSI, API, P&, PFD, and isometric drawings.

• Excel certificate is a plus.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative.
• Ability to perform base calculations and use Excel functions like v‑lookups.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with onsite work required from Monday to Wednesday and remote work available on Thursday and Friday. You will spend 80% of the time in an office setting and 20% in manufacturing. The onsite hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility based on customer demand. The role involves collaborating with a team of two other engineers while supporting 13 sales professionals.

An onsite orientation in Golden Valley, MN, is required for 4 days, with company‑paid travel.

Permanent position based out of Conroe, TX.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $92,000.00/yr.
