Location: Remote (Working from home US)

As a Naval Gas Turbine Field Service Representative for Rolls‑Royce, you will provide in‑service support to Naval Customers and Naval Shipyards. Your responsibilities include performing maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on equipment with the aim of minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide onsite technical support to Naval customers, administering maintenance programs, liaising with the customer and maintaining service records.

• Perform routine maintenance, repair and commissioning work on equipment following technical documentation.
• Conduct tests and inspections to Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards.
• Create reports documenting the work performed.
• Travel up to 70% of the time (domestic and international), often on short notice and for multiple weeks.
• Maintain close liaison with customer organization sections and Rolls‑Royce management.
• Review engineering changes affecting field products, including maintenance manual updates, and coordinate communication plans with customers.
• Meet visual acuity requirements as outlined in the Authorized Field Service Representative program.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in maintaining, operating or testing gas turbine engines.
• Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in the same area.
• Knowledge of Rolls‑Royce Naval Gas Turbine products – MT30 and AG9140 packages.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams and technical manuals.
• Eligibility for a US DoD Security Clearance; must be US Citizen.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Competitive salary ($28.65‑$42.98 hourly) and bonus potential.
