Candidate must be able to function as the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Subject Matter Expert for our team. The candidate must be able to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and proactively engage in technical decision making to achieve objectives. This individual will be a team player and work well with technical professionals in an agile environment. The position requires the ability to go from a processing model to hardware reality with a multi-discipline team.
This position is located onsite WPAFB.

- Be part of a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and augmenting digital signal processing software
- Present status reports to key internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve digital signal processing chains
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
- 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and6 years relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent work experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks - Minimum Secret clearance is required to start
- 3+ years of digital signal processing experience
- Cellular/satellite communications, wireless protocols, algorithms, data analysis
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter – takes the initiative to research, learn, and deliver. Anticipates the play.
- Team player – humble, collaborative, and focused on making sure the entire team succeeds.
- 3+ years of programming experience in C/C++, MATLAB and Python
- 3+ years of experience with CUDA/FGPA signal processing
- 3+ years of experience with RF test equipment
- [Desired] Experience with X-Midas, GNU Radio and/or REDHAWK
- [Desired] Experience with containers like Docker and Kubernetes
- [Desired] Experience working in cloud environment
