• Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design, etc.
• Hands‑on involvement in permitting process.
• Significant interaction with multi‑disciplinary internal teams and external clients.

As part of BV Operations, your skills will be aligned to projects that support our three market sectors—Governments & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial. In roles like Engineers, Technicians, and Skilled Specialists you will be engaged with exciting projects across the globe. • Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based on client needs.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub‑consultants.
• Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients.
• Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration.
• Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., site plans, permitting, grading, storm water management, storm water design).
• Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in your home country or the country in which you are practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

Licensed Professional Engineer or be in active pursuit of registration.

• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
• Typical office/home office environment. Physical demands include sitting, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, driving, seeing, writing, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking and standing for extended periods of time.
• May require travel to local and regional client sites.
