Compensation

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Schneider Electric is hiring a Product Support Specialist in Nashville, TN with open remote work options. This role supports our Medium Voltage (MV) Transformer Team in the U.S. Energy Business.

• Provide technical support to the Field Sales organization.
• Support Quote Specialists with the quotation process.
• Clarifying orders between Field Office and Brand Labeled suppliers.
• Receive and validate quotations from Brand Labeled suppliers against specifications.
• Host Customer Witness Testing as required.
• Assist with training Field Sales on the MV Transformer product line.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Solid and pragmatic problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of short and long‑term action items.
• Solid understanding of Schneider Electric products and processes.
• Ability to review and interpret project drawings and one‑line diagrams.
• Effective written and verbal communication to a wide range of internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of SE Advantage, SAP, Mainframe, Windchill.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related degree preferred, or experience with MV Transformers.
• At least 3 years of work experience outside of university/college/technical school.
