• Visit customers (primarily universities and biotech companies) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, upgrades, installation, maintenance, and repair to achieve optimum customer care delivering professional service with effective working practices.
• Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided professional after-sales service, including exchanging valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales.

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years  experience and/or vocational training in a technical, scientific, or engineering background or relevant military experience
• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
• This position requires flying and/or driving travel, which may potentially include up to 80% overnight stays, up to 4 overnights a week. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50lbs. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.

The salary range for this role is $38.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
