Qualifications:

* - 3-10 years of Civil Engineering experience, specifically in land development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and Water

CAD.
- Strong knowledge of stormwater and utility design, including a solid understanding of permitting processes and codes.
- Experience in preparing detailed engineering calculations and construction plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering;
Licensed Professional Engineer (Florida) preferred, EIT required
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Solid organization skills with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines with precision.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in Florida land development preferred.
