** Process Development Engineer
** to join our growing organization.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Take an active role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of the new production line and upcoming projects,
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure process readiness, quality, and efficiency during production ramp-up
* Lead or support improvement and layout planning projects related to new or existing production setups
* Conduct process analysis, labor and material usage assessments, and workflow optimization
* Perform time and method studies; maintain and update technical documentation
* Analyze production losses and coordinate corrective actions to meet efficiency and quality targets
* Participate in cross-departmental improvement or installation projects as needed
* Apply lean manufacturing principles to increase machine efficiency, optimize workflows, and achieve operational goals
* Prepare activity and analysis reports to support decision making and ensure alignment with business
* Create production routings and production versions in SAP
* Support WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities
* Defining the packaging methods of materials received from Supplier
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in using SAP modules related to production
* Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and project management
* Experience in data analytics and optimization projects
* Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
* English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
