Key Responsibilities:

* Lead roadway, stormwater, and site development projects from kickoff to completion.

* Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring every project meets client expectations.

* Build and mentor project teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff.

* Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships.

* Present technical solutions and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and public officials.

* Drive business development by fostering long-term client partnerships

Experience &

Qualifications:

* Education/

Experience:

BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field or equivalent progressive experience in municipal civil/environmental projects.

* Experience:

8+ years of consulting or related professional experience; 12+ years preferred for those without a degree.

* Licensure:
Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required.

* Other:
Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR.
