THE WORK Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product.

Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.

Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability. Basic Qualifications:

Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Familiarity with Standards and Guidance both domestic and foreign. Examples of this include but are not limited to;
Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSAR)
Logistics Product Data (LPD)
Provisioning
Desired

Skills:

Security Clearance
Familiarity with Logistics Support Analysis
Familiarity with Department of Defense maintenance CONOPs and data structure.
Willingness to support a flexible schedule which includes a role primarily at the Owego facility. Remote work in this role is reduced and anticipated less than 50% of the time.
This role may require travel to other Lockheed Martin facilities or other locations.

Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T)
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965.
