We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to apply their technical expertise in performing civil structural analyses and design for both Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design background with proficiency in structural concrete and steel analysis and design. You will have the opportunity to lead key technical activities and provide invaluable mentorship to less experienced engineers, making a significant impact in our dynamic team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaboration:
Work with other engineering disciplines and structural consultants to ensure the effective coordination of design activities and the resolution of technical complications.

- Quality Assurance: Understand and implement quality assurance regulations and industry guidelines.
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required; an advanced degree is preferred. A registered professional engineer license (P.E.) is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Structural Design Engineer, with strong technical writing, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple phases is essential.
- Proficiency in the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures and experience with finite element analysis software.
- Familiarity with relevant codes such as ASCE 43, ASCE 4, ACI 349 & 318, ASCE 7, IBC, and AISC N690.
- Experience with design software such as ANSYS and SAP
2000 is preferred. - Computer programming skills (e.g., Matlab or Python) are a plus.
Candidate must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 regulations.
