P6 Master Scheduler

Anistar is seeking a remote P6 Master Scheduler to join our client's team. This person will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and managing the scheduling of complex construction projects.

• Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and estimators to build logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules.
• Perform schedule updates, baseline comparisons, and critical path analyses.
• Identify project risks and potential delays—recommend mitigation strategies to keep things moving.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules and resource forecasting.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience scheduling construction projects using Primavera P6
• A degree in construction management or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, particularly for large new construction scopes of work
• Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
