This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Controls Specialist based in Woodstock, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. The Controls Specialist will participate in designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, Robotics and relay logic. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, conducting equipment testing, and ensuring optimal system performance for automation projects.

• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting automated control systems
• Strong knowledge and experience with electrical schematics, control panels, and industrial equipment
• Ability to perform system diagnostics and optimize equipment performance
• Experience with motion controls, AC/DC drives, and robotics is beneficial
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering, or related field
