• Conduct onsite and/or virtual exposure assessments to identify potential occupational health exposures
• Develop and deliver effective industrial hygiene strategies and recommendations for clients
• Provide Virtual Industrial Hygiene Technical Consultation through Microsoft Teams
• Create timely Industrial Hygiene Technical Reports for policyholders and internal partners
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and field consultants to enhance client service plans

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with 3+ years of Industrial Hygiene consultation experience
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time for work, including local and overnight travel
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) designation within 2-3 years
• High degree of technical skills with strong consultative abilities
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or Occupational Health and Safety
• 5+ years of experience in industrial hygiene or related field
• Experience with self-sampling and interpretation of laboratory analytical reports
• Strong communication skills, particularly in summarizing consultations and recommendations
