We’re looking for a
** Remote Monitoring Analyst
** to oversee the performance and operational health of hybrid renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage systems. This role involves real-time monitoring, data analysis, and proactive issue resolution to ensure optimal asset performance, safety & contractual compliance.

* What you’ll do:

*** Participate in a set roster 4 days on 3 days off – 12 hours per day (6am – 6pm)(The role currently monitors our Western Australian solar assets. The 6am – 6pm set time will alter as our QLD solar facilities come online in 2027)
* Monitor renewable energy assets remotely using SCADA, VCOM and other digital platforms
* Analyse operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance deviations
* Alert and collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Support predictive maintenance strategies through data-driven insights
* Assist in optimizing energy output and improving system reliability
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment protocols and requirements
** You’ll have the following skills and experience:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Data Analytics, or related field
* Previous experience in a monitoring analyst position related to renewable energy
* Experience with SCADA systems, remote monitoring tools, and data visualization platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Familiarity with hybrid renewable systems (solar, wind, thermal, battery storage)
* Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
