Your MissionIn this exciting role, you will:
- Lead and Support: Manage complex field service projects, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Mentor and Develop: Share your knowledge and help team members enhance their technical and customer management skills.
- Represent ABB: Engage with customers, contractors, and industry partners to deliver innovative solutions that optimize operations.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams to shape proposals and contribute to business growth.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: 8+ years in industrial automation with a strong foundation in electrical engineering, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Passionate: Willing to travel more than 80% of the time across the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
- Hands-On: Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting equipment and conducting on-site troubleshooting.
- Communicative: Proficient in English and able to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Authorized: Hold a valid work permit to work in the United States.
This position operates on a remote work model , allowing you the flexibility to manage your time while making a difference in the field.
