As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of power systems for mission-critical sites such as data centers, hospitals, and telecom facilities.
YourMission
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Specializing in critical power systems including UPS, PDU, and STS.
- Service Excellence: Ensuring continuous operation of essential infrastructure through on-site and remote service.
- Problem Solving: Identifying technical issues and conducting thorough analyses to provide effective solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Proactive Coordination: Ensuring all materials and equipment meet quality standards for service activities.
- Preventive Action: Identifying potential equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology with 6+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8+ years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Advanced ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. - Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency. - Team Player: Collaborates well with others and takes ownership of tasks until completion.
This position operates on a Remote work model, primarily based in Georgia.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $65,100 to $104,160 annually , depending on qualifications and experience.
