As an Engineering Manager – Cold Plate & Mechanical Systems
, you will lead the development of Corintis’ liquid-cooled cold plates and mechanical systems in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work closely with the Applications / Solutions Engineering and Manufacturing teams, while managing and growing the mechanical engineering team. You will have significant ownership, influence technical direction, and help shape how products are developed as the company scales.

- Own cold plate mechanical design solutions from concept to production.
- Lead, mentor, and hire mechanical engineers.
- Translate application and customer requirements into production-ready designs.
- Drive trade-offs between performance, robustness, cost, and manufacturability.
- Support team and review CAD, drawings, GD&T, and DFMEA.
- Support manufacturing, suppliers, and validation activities.
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proven background in the liquid cooling industry.
- Strong experience with cold plates or liquid-cooled systems.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and technical leadership.
- Expertise in CAD (Solid Works), GD&T, and DFM/DFA.
- Proficiency in English is essential for daily communication in an international team.
- MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Enjoy high ownership and responsibility in a startup environment.
- Like building things from early concepts to real products.
- Are comfortable with evolving requirements and limited structure.
- Enjoy working closely across teams and making fast, pragmatic decisions.
- Care deeply about product quality and industrialization.
