CBAM Auditor

Overview

We are looking for a visionary CBAM Auditor to join us in revolutionizing carbon emission reporting for the industrial sector. Our project integrates proprietary IoT hardware (precision flowmeters) with a cutting-edge software platform to enable "virtual line separation"—allowing factories to report emissions with unprecedented accuracy without costly infrastructure overhauls.

As a Lead Auditor, you will bridge the gap between industrial operations and EU regulatory compliance. You will not just "check boxes"; you will help refine a system that automates Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting through real-time data integration.

• Compliance Leadership:
  Lead the auditing process for industrial clients to ensure full alignment with EU CBAM regulations and ISO 14064 standards.
• Data Validation:
  Oversee the verification of emission data collected via our IoT devices and "virtual line separation" software.
• Technical Consulting:
  Guide clients through the transition from manual reporting to our automated, hardware-backed monitoring system.
• Report Synthesis:
  Prepare and certify comprehensive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reports ready for submission to EU authorities.
• Strategic Input:
  Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure our software’s calculation methodologies remain up-to-date with evolving EU mandates.

• Expertise:
  Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental auditing, carbon footprint calculation, or sustainability consulting.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of the EU Green Deal, CBAM transition phase requirements, and ETS (Emissions Trading System).
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with industrial processes and an interest in how IoT/hardware solutions solve reporting gaps.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Ability to interpret complex data sets from flowmeters and sensors to ensure reporting integrity.
• Communication:
  Strong command of English (written and verbal) for interacting with international stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
