An established and growing building services consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Lead to join its Milton Keynes office. This is a key role for someone looking to take ownership of BIM delivery across a varied portfolio of projects while helping to shape best practice within a collaborative technical team.

The role offers hybrid working, typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, (Can be flexible).

The Role

The MEP BIM Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating BIM processes across multiple projects, working closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders. The position combines hands-on technical delivery with leadership, guidance, and quality control.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading MEP BIM delivery from concept through to construction and handover
Managing and coordinating MEP models in line with project and client requirements
Developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and protocols
Overseeing clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings
Supporting and mentoring junior BIM technicians and engineers
Acting as the main point of contact for BIM-related matters on assigned projects
Working collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients

The successful candidate will work across a diverse range of sectors, including:

Mixed-use

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in an MEP BIM role
Strong working knowledge of industry-standard BIM software and processes
Proven experience coordinating MEP services within multidisciplinary environments
Ability to lead BIM delivery and contribute strategically to project outcomes
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full eligibility to work in the UK (right to work required)
