The projectThis project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and subcontract packages.
Responsibilities- Oversees delivery of all mechanical works on behalf of the client, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, timelines, and contracts.
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Driving health, safety, wellbeing, and quality culture across project teams.
- Providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implementing quality assurance, safety audits, and continuous improvement for successful project delivery.
- Managing commissioning processes and final close-out.
- A degree in mechanical or building services engineering.
- Experience in delivering different infrastructure plants, e.g., sewage treatment plants, RO water plants, data centers, or generator farms across major projects.
- Experience of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and commissioning standards.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, risk management, and digital tools for planning and reporting.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
