Overview
Zertifizierung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Wichtiger ist die Praxiserfahrung «Agile PL/PM und Entwicklung nach Scrum». Erfahren in Kommunikation und Eng-Team-Führung. Sprachen: DE / EN (Hautsprache DE, EN von Vorteil).
Plus im Idealfall- Wichtig:
Leitung vom Engineering-Team und Kenntnisse von Solution-Aufbau/-Architektur und Coding (Python) - Engineering-Background daher von Vorteil, um Team-Akzeptanz zu haben.
Die Tätigkeiten werden im Mix aus Onsite/Home Office erbracht. Eine Präsenz von 1-2 Tagen pro Woche onsite in SG ist erforderlich. Projektdauer:
Asap oder 01.07.2026 bis 30.04.2027+.
Data-Team, 6+ FTEs aus dem Data-Engineering Team, Data-Lake und Analytics aus dem Milling (MES und IoT
- Datastreams ab Produktion/Shopfloor). Daten in einem Azure Data Lake, Analytics und AI-Patterns mit Python.
