* Key Responsibilities:

**** Project Support** – Assist in producing presentations, reports, and issuing Land Entry Notices by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.  
** Stakeholder Communication** – Support the team in preparing key public relations communications to ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied.  
** S
* *** urvey Coordination** – Assist engineers in scoping survey requirements and liaise with the
** Survey Co-ordination Team
** to keep projects moving.  
** Carbon Reduction** – Record and analyse carbon usage, identifying opportunities for
** greater efficiency and sustainability**.  
** Team Support** – Provide administrative support to
** Technical Managers and Design Managers**, including managing customer surveys and sharing team updates.  
** Process Improvement** – Identify and implement process enhancements to
** increase efficiency
** across projects.  
** Collaboration** – Work alongside other
** Team Coordinators
** to build a
** strong, knowledge-sharing community**.

**** Strong Organisational & Administrative Skills** – Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.  
** Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building** – Confident working across different teams and stakeholders.  
** Attention to Detail** – Ensures accuracy in reports, data, and coordination tasks.  
** Passion for Engineering & Project Delivery** – A keen interest in learning about how projects are planned and executed.  
** IT Proficiency** – Confident using
** Microsoft Office
** and other digital tools to produce reports and analysis.
