Prime Appointments is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor for a specialist health & safety consultancy. This role involves a mix of home work and nationwide site visits, carrying out high-quality asbestos surveys, producing accurate reports, and providing expert technical advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos surveys on residential properties in line with current regulations
• Compile detailed, accurate, and compliant survey reports
• Provide technical and project support to clients
• Carry out non-licensed asbestos remedial work
• Review and quality-check asbestos reports
• Assist in developing asbestos services and updating promotional materials
• Keep up to date with legislation and industry best practices
• Travel nationwide, including overnight stays when required

Requirements:

• P402 qualification with at least 2 years' asbestos surveying experience
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed
