What Will You Be Doing?

As our new Technical Coordinator
, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Engineering team
, ensuring seamless project delivery through efficient coordination and administration. You’ll work across multiple teams, gaining valuable experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support – Assist in producing presentations, reports, and issuing Land Entry Notices by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Support the team in preparing key public relations communications to ensure customers are well‑informed and satisfied.
  • Survey Coordination – Assist engineers in scoping survey requirements and liaise with the Survey Co-ordination Team to keep projects moving.
  • Carbon Reduction – Record and analyse carbon usage, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and sustainability

  • Team Support – Provide administrative support to Technical Managers and Design Managers
    , including managing customer surveys and sharing team updates.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency across projects.
  • Collaboration – Work alongside other Team Coordinators to build a strong, knowledge‑sharing community
    .

  • Strong Organisational & Administrative Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building – Confident working across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in reports, data, and coordination tasks.
  • Passion for Engineering & Project Delivery – A keen interest in learning how projects are planned and executed.
  • IT Proficiency – Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools to produce reports and analysis.
  • Proactive & Solution‑Focused Mindset – Always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
