ramboll invites you to apply for a technician apprenticeship in our buildings team, assisting the team in delivering building structures design services across a wide range of projects. You will be provided full support to achieve a level 3 qualification, typically on a day‑release basis, and create a solid foundation for a successful and satisfying career.

duration: 27 months (depending on experience). Cost: paid by ramboll through the apprenticeship levy.

on completion of the apprenticeship you will satisfy the requirements for registration as an engineering technician by the institution of civil engineers in accordance with the engineering council. Potential onward career progression within civil engineering could be to continue work as a civil engineering technician, study a senior technician apprenticeship or complete a degree (apprenticeship options are available) in civil engineering.

ramboll intends to deliver the apprenticeship with learning skills partnership. You would typically work 4 days a week within your job delivery role and study 1 day a week via online tutor‑led sessions with a cohort of up to 16 other apprentices. Block release of up to 4 weeks over the duration of the course and you will be required to complete an end‑point assessment where you will need to demonstrate that during the apprenticeship you have learned the required knowledge, skills and behaviours.
