The Battery Storage & EMS Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Paya Lebar, which allows for a mix of on-site and remote work. The role involves driving sales and business development for battery energy storage and energy management systems (EMS). Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, creating and presenting tailored proposals, and conducting regular market analysis to identify trends.
The candidate will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of optimized solutions and support customers during the implementation of these systems.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in battery energy storage, energy management, or related industries
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic sales plans
- Strong technical understanding of battery storage systems, energy management systems, and industrial IoT applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in renewable energy or industrial IoT is a plus
