The role:
Lead manufacturing engineering activities for NPI builds from bid/proposal through to full-rate production Take ownership of schedule, cost, quality, and manufacturing best practice. Act as the technical manufacturing authority during NPI execution. Ensure products are production-ready, robust, and optimised before release. Essential
Skills & Experience:
HND (minimum) in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or related discipline Strong background in electro-mechanical manufacturing or Electronics. Broad understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical product design. Proven contribution to production efficiency, optimisation, and improvement. Solid knowledge of:
Design for Excellence (DfX) / Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma principles
Experience with process FMEA and risk-based manufacturing decisions. Desirable
Experience:
