Project Manager, Operations Manager

Follow and promote company HSEQ policies and requirements at all times, throughout all activities

Support project teams with technical support and advice to regional & global business units

Collaborating with external clients, and internal engineering and project planning teams to integrate surveying information into project plans and designs

Demonstrated ability to write clear and complete technical proposals and procedures

Writing and reviewing project related documentation including procedures, reports, risk assessments, and data deliverables

Managing operational project teams and resources, including equipment and personnel, to efficiently complete projects

Leading project meetings, including operational and commercial discussions with clients

Overseeing surveying activities throughout projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards

Support field staff with technical support (in-field and remote) as required

Monitor and manage subcontractor and supplier performance

Provide recommendations related to survey services, to support project budget development

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions to meet those needs

Experience in tracking and controlling project costs for projects with values exceeding USD 3 million

Degree in Geomatics, Survey, or related fields

A minimum of 5 years of offshore work experience within the offshore survey industry, and at least 2 years within an onshore management role within the offshore survey industry

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Demonstrated mentoring, leadership and relationship building skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams, based both in an office and remote working environment

Ability to use technology and business analysis tools

Ability to review and analyze, to produce and deliver clear reports for clients, stakeholders, and internal decision-making

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
