Your Responsibilities

• You ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organization
• You ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product group
• You make sure to understand customer and market requirements
• You define the product strategy and product roadmap
• You manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them
• You manage the product portfolio and product variants as well as product quality and maintenance
• You track all relevant product KPIs (financial quality delivery performance) and work to improve them
• You conduct business cases and profitability analyses
• You analyze the market and the competition
• You proactively monitor and participate in industry events to identify and leverage new developments

• You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field ideally complemented by an MBA
• You have more than 5 years of experience in product management or engineering within the construction equipment or powertrain industry
• You possess strong industry knowledge and hands‑on experience with engines and construction machinery
• You have an excellent command of English and German (B2) while knowledge of French is considered as an asset
• You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
• You are recognized for your strong commercial and customer‑oriented mindset. Your enthusiastic and open personality combined with excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills set you apart. You are resilient and assertive in your approach
