They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of their cross-functional squads. The successful candidate will have a background within software engineering and team leadership.
You’ll work closely with product and design, guide architecture, support modern engineering practices, and help a talented team of engineers thrive.

The tech they're using (for context – not a checklist and this is not a hands on coding role):
- Go (Golang) microservices
- React, Type Script
- AWS, EKS, Terraform, Skaffold
- GitLabCI, Cloud Watch, X-Ray
- You’ll lead one of their cross-functional squads, collaborating with product and design to guide architecture and engineering practices.
- Support modern engineering practices and help engineers thrive.
- Contribute to architectural decision-making and mentoring engineers.
- Conduct code reviews, help engineers achieve goals, and adhere to best practices.
- Foster empathy, clarity, and confident guidance when working with cross-functional teams.
- A background in software engineering with strong technical depth.
- Experience leading or managing engineers (formal or informal).
- Experience in supporting teams to improve velocity.
- Skills in architectural decision-making and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, help engineers achieve goals and adhere to best practices.
- Empathy, clarity, and confidence when guiding cross-functional teams.
- A desire to work in a company that puts values at the heart of everything.
