Service Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer. The position is based in Aylesbury, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair functions, providing field services, and offering technical support to clients. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting equipment issues, installing and maintaining systems, and ensuring the proper functioning of water treatment solutions.

Collaboration with team members and effective client communication will be key aspects of the role.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting to identify, assess, and resolve technical issues
• Experience in Field Service, including system installations and on-site client support
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support for equipment and operational inquiries
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure the reliability and longevity of systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Basic understanding of water treatment systems and processes is an advantage
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field are preferred
