For the area of Commercial Nonwovens
, located in Turkey (remote working possible), we invite applications for the role of Application Manager Nonwovens, Europe & MEA.

The Application Manager will act as the interface for technical-related interchange between Lenzing and our external partners, undertaking classical technical customer service work with high customer intimacy.

The role will include supporting customers with the implementation of new fiber developments; answering technical questions; advising on the common development of new products; acting as project manager for applications developments with key partners (customers, machine suppliers, converters) and managing customer complaints in the allocated area.

• You will support primary and secondary customers with technical and quality requests; organize and participate in trials; and cooperate on the verification and introduction of new developments.
• You will be a solution provider with technical support for external partners (including complaint handling); conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis; and support in internal and external audits for existing fibers or customers' programs.
• You will manage external trials with partners (direct customers, converters, lab centers or machines suppliers), as well as internal trials in Lenzing's Nonwoven Innovation Center, on business partner-related developments; you will plan & execute matrix trials; and analyze and communicate results with conclusions to support fiber growth.
• You will support fiber and application development & implementation requests.
• You will work constantly to promote Lenzing, including preparing and presenting Lenzing Fiber Experience when requested.
• You will maintain strong relationships with the machine and fiber manufacturer sectors, and stay up to date with upcoming developments in the nonwoven machine equipment market.

• You hold a graduate degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering or similar, preferably in Nonwoven.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the nonwoven industry, manufacturing, engineering, or R&D; and at least 3 years’ experience with direct customer contact.
• You have advanced know-how in nonwoven technologies, substrates, manufacturing, costing, and project management.
• You are a skilled negotiator, with strong communication skills and you are accustomed to working in a variety of cultural environments.
• You are proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office & CRM.
• You have strong English language skills (C1 or equivalent) and you are fluent in Turkish

• You are willing to travel for work, both within Türkiye and Internationally.
