Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive risk‑based inspection (RBI) strategy and associated deliverables.
Conduct relevant corrosion studies and maintain assumption registers.
Produce, review, and ensure the quality of RBI deliverables according to the project scope and company standards.
Data & Technical CoordinationManage data preparation, collection, and consolidation as main inputs for RBI.
Perform and review data tabulation and implementation into CMIMS templates.
Establish technical links between engineering specifications and general standards.
Quality Assurance & WorkshopsPrepare and support RBI workshops for all technical discussions.
Contribute to the quality assurance/control of procedures and deliverables.
Vigilantly highlight technical engineering deviations, non‑conformances, or unacceptable risks to superiors.
Proactively highlight engineering best practices as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
Propose continuous improvements for the overall performance of the team.
Contract Terms & MobilityLocal employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile.
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas.
Expected final project outcomeA complete and validated RBI assessment covering all in‑scope static equipment and piping systems by end of 2026.
All RBI outputs structured and uploaded in CMIMS by early 2027 for operational use and lifecycle follow‑up.
A fully defined, risk‑based inspection program that can be directly implemented at start of operation by end of 2027.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material / Corrosion, or Chemical / Process Engineering, or a related field.
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing RBI strategies.
Required knowledge in Inspection, Integrity, and API 580.
Understanding equipment, methods, and processes in oil & gas and petrochemical environments.
Strong statistical data preparation and technical reporting skills.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a multi‑cultural environment and under pressure.
High level of initiative, anticipation, and flexibility.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
