- Experience in a GxP regulated environment with a required minimum of 3-5 years and proven knowledge of current Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP).
- Experience with validation steps, e.g. FAT/SAT/IOPQ and related GEP and documentation practices is preferred.
- Has the ability to think strategically and lead change and to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and drive alignment in a global environment.
- Knowledge of Process Excellence tools (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred. Green or Black Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated controls is preferred.
