The Opportunity:Grow With Us
iTS Consultancy is a boutique building services firm entering an exciting new phase. We are beginning to transition our project delivery into Autodesk Revit, and we are looking for a motivated Junior to help us lay the groundwork for this move while supporting our engineering team across the board.
This isn't a "pigeon-holed" role. Because we are a small team, you will get a 360-degree view of how a consultancy operates—from technical 3D modelling to project administration and light engineering design.
The Role:A True All‑Rounder
Your time will be split between digital delivery and general engineering support. As we grow our Revit capabilities, your responsibilities will include:
- Digital Foundation:
Helping us establish our Revit templates, families, and drawing standards as we move away from 2D AutoCAD. - Drafting & Modelling:
Producing MEP layouts and 3D models under the guidance of our senior engineers. - Engineering Support:
Assisting with basic design tasks (e.g., lighting layouts or simple piped services) as you learn the engineering principles. - Project Admin:
Managing technical documents, issuing drawings to project teams, and keeping our project folders (Excel/Word) organized. - General Assistance:
Being a "team" player by assisting with various office and technical tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
- The Revit "Early Adopter":
You have a good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (from a degree, internship, or self-study) and are excited to help a firm set up its standards. - Detail‑Oriented:
You take pride in neat drawings and organized files. - Adaptable:
You enjoy a varied day and are happy to "muck in" with admin or basic engineering tasks alongside your CAD/Revit work. - Background: A degree or HNC/HND in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred, but your software attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
- Training:
We offer hands‑on mentoring in both MEP engineering and software. - Flexibility:
We promote a healthy work/life balance with flexible hours and work-from-home (WFH) opportunities. - The Perks:
Casual dress code, on‑site parking, sick pay, and a performance‑based bonus scheme.
