Job Description

You will play a strategic role in the design and delivery of large-scale projects related to intelligent transportation systems, traffic signals and their programming, roadway lighting, and various specialized transportation electrical engineering projects.

- Design plans and carry out technical analyses for traffic signal and roadway lighting projects.
- Prepare technical reports and electrical engineering specifications.
- Conduct photometric studies using specialized software.
- Perform traffic signal simulations and programming using specialized software.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates in accordance with established methods.
- Coordinate projects with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Oversee work carried out by contractors and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other relevant experience.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for membership.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the design and supervision of projects related to mobility, intelligent transportation systems, traffic signals, or roadway lighting.
- Proficiency in AGI
32 software for photometric studies;
AutoCAD is considered an asset. - Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- ASP Construction card (Construction Health and Safety certification), considered an asset.
