Avolon are partnered with a growing mechanical contractor delivering high-quality building services projects across the South Coast. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, we are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to strengthen the delivery team.

This is an additional role within the business and offers the opportunity to join a supportive, expanding team at an exciting stage of growth.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects, typically ranging from £200k to £1m, across commercial, healthcare and similar environments. The role is predominantly site-based, with a mix of office and limited remote working depending on project needs.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, maintaining control of programme, cost, quality and client relationships. Early starts will be required on occasion, along with some travel across the South Coast and occasional trips to London.

• End-to-end management of mechanical projects
• Programme planning and delivery
• Cost control and commercial awareness
• Subcontractor coordination and management
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met

• Proven background in mechanical building services (HVAC essential)
• Experience delivering commercial and/or healthcare projects preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to accommodate early starts and occasional London travel
• Based in or near Southampton or Ringwood (candidates east of Portsmouth will not be suitable due to commute requirements)
