About You
Are you ready to lead meaningful conversations that shape the future?
We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Lead to be the bridge between vision and impact.
As our Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you’ll be the vital link between the Mining Remediation Authority and the people and organisations shaping our projects. You’ll ensure stakeholder voices are heard, respected, and reflected in every stage of delivery.
You’re not just experienced; you’re confident navigating complex planning and regulatory landscapes. You’ve led stakeholder engagement in infrastructure projects, acted as a client with consultants and contractors, and coordinated across diverse teams and agencies. You know how to bring people together, align goals, and drive delivery.
You’re a natural communicator, able to translate technical detail into meaningful dialogue. You understand the power of relationships and know how to build trust across communities, government bodies, regulators, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and delivery partners.
AboutThe Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Agency Coordination—work across government, regulators, NGO’s and community groups to ensure joined up delivery and shared ownership outcomes
- Planning and infrastructure delivery – Support the integration of stakeholder needs into project design and delivery, with a strong understanding of the planning process, including DCO’s and infrastructure life cycles
- Consultant and Contractor Liaison – Represent the Mining Remediation Authority in engagement with external consultants and contractors. Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations and programme goals, and foster collaboration between internal and external teams
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
