You will work closely with our European teams (NL and Portugal) and collaborate with over 100 engineers in our Shanghai R&D hub, as well as colleagues in the US—making this a highly international environment with strong technical support behind you.

What You Will Do
On-site Technical Support (NL + Europe)

Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical, electronic, or system-related issues

Deliver on-site troubleshooting and repair services

Ensure successful printer performance and high customer satisfaction

Remote Support & Customer Enablement

Provide first-line remote troubleshooting via phone, email and ticketing systems

Guide users through operational questions, basic maintenance and workflow optimization

Deliver basic customer training on best practices, safety and printer operation

Work closely with senior engineers in the Netherlands and Portugal

Support technical escalations by collecting logs, diagnostics and relevant data

Share customer feedback to improve products, documentation and internal processes

What You Bring

1–2 years’ experience in a technical support, field engineering, or customer‑facing technical role

Strong technical problem-solving ability

Comfortable working hands‑on with complex hardware (mechanical, electrical or electromechanical systems)

Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related discipline

Basic understanding of electronic circuits, power supply systems, sensors and control boards

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Customer‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Willingness to visit customers on‑site regularly and travel 1–2 times per month within Europe

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely lift, move and handle heavy equipment and printer components

Comfortable with hands‑on physical work, including standing, bending and manual handling

Nice-to-Have

Experience with 3D printers (SLS, FDM, SLA) or other industrial equipment

Familiarity with CAD tools or manufacturing workflows

Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus, especially for collaboration with global engineering teams

Valid EU driving license

Based at our Sliedrecht office with frequent on‑site visits to customers in the Netherlands

Hybrid work: when you are not visiting customers, you can work 1 day per week from home

Business trips: approximately 1–2 trips per month to customers in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal

Trips are mostly planned in advance; some may require short overnight stays

All travel expenses fully covered
