Main Duties

As a Land Surveyor, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality surveys across a diverse range of environments – including aviation, rail, highways, land development, buildings, and water. You will report directly to the Office Principal Surveyor and work on exciting projects both in the UK and overseas. Based in one of our Manchester, Wakefield, Sunderland or Leeds offices, you will also have full IT support for remote and home working when required.

You will be expected to be self‑motivated, organised and able to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards – often with minimal supervision. Flexibility is important: you’ll need to regularly travel throughout the UK, with the possibility of occasional overseas assignments, and be willing to work some night and weekend shifts when needed. Vehicle use will be required, with expenses paid.
