Nigel Frank is looking for a Head of Data Engineering to lead the Data and Software Engineering capabilities during a critical growth period. This leadership role focuses on engineering management and governance, ensuring high-quality delivery while building a scalable engineering function. The successful candidate will have a strong Data Engineering background with experience in SQL Server, Azure or Databricks and will oversee a team of approximately 30 engineers under a remote-first working model.
