Senior Civil Design Engineer

As a Senior Engineer, you'll take a leading role in delivering infrastructure designs for residential and commercial development projects. You'll be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting graduates as they develop their design software skills.
What You'll Need- Proven experience in drainage and estate roads/highways design
- Proficiency in Micro Drainage and/or Civil 3D
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
- Flexible hybrid working (home/office split)
