Job Overview

Tekfen Engineering is expanding its railway modernisation and infrastructure supervision practice across Türkiye and international markets. We are seeking experienced civil engineers for site-based and design review roles on major railway and transport infrastructure projects.

Professional Background

Railway civil works supervision (earthworks, formation, structures, track)
Bridge, viaduct, and tunnel construction supervision
Design review and coordination – alignment, structures, geotechnical
Contract management, claims, and FIDIC administration
Construction planning, scheduling, and project controls (Primavera P6)
Environmental, social, and OHS supervision on infrastructure projects

Preferred Experience

IFI-financed projects (World Bank, AIIB, EBRD, EU)
FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red Book, Yellow Book)
TCDD network and Turkish railway standards
Turkish and international railway rehabilitation or modernisation projects

We are recruiting for both senior (15+ years) and mid-career (8-15 years) positions. Site-based and home office roles are available.
