We are now looking for an experienced Planner to take ownership of project schedules, drive delivery against the plan, and challenge delay and deviation to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

As a Planner
, you will be a key member of a highly collaborative delivery team. You will develop, manage and maintain robust project plans, using your experience and enthusiasm to drive efficiency, performance and continuous improvement across projects.

  • Develop and maintain detailed, fully integrated project plans in line with @one Alliance planning methodologies and best practice
  • Lead scope and resource planning, ensuring all deliverables and resource requirements are clearly captured
  • Proactively manage risk and opportunity, identifying critical paths and driving mitigation strategies to maintain momentum
  • Support 4D planning and digital rehearsals, creating visual simulations to enhance construction planning and execution
  • Communicate planning strategy clearly to ensure alignment across project teams and stakeholders
  • Uphold planning standards and ensure compliance with @one Alliance processes and industry regulations
  • Champion a safety‑first mindset, ensuring planning activities fully support safe delivery
Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a professional with proven planning experience on civil engineering projects, ideally within the water sector. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and collaborative planning techniques, be able to interpret technical drawings and translate them into clear, actionable project plans, and possess excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
