About The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Civils team delivering a significant coastal defence project in Hunstanton.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a high‑profile civil engineering scheme that will help protect homes, businesses, and vital local infrastructure from coastal erosion and flooding.

Responsibilities
  • Managing project costs and commercial performance
  • Supporting procurement and subcontract management
  • Preparing valuations, forecasts and financial reports
  • Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
  • Ensuring successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project
Qualifications
  • BSc/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • NEC contract experience preferred
